A beautiful pair of garnet earrings from the Victorian (ca1880) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, each earring features a central garnet, which is held within an 8-prong setting. The garnets display a marvelous deep red hue, which beautifully complements the yellow gold of the earrings. Atop the garnet, a small clover motif is found, which connects to the piece's earring wires. When worn, the earrings dangle with lovely movement, framing the face nicely. They are perfect for the garnet lover, and would make a stylish addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: Each earring hangs approximately 1/2" long (including the wire tops), and the earrings measure 1/4" at their widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or earring wires. The garnet stones are intact and securely set.
